27 new build dwellings comprising 7 two bed houses, and 20 one bed apartments. The scheme has a strong focus on environmentally friendly technologies. The design employs a blend of traditional building techniques with strong U-values, solar technology, Air source heat recovery and triple glazing to achieve an overall EPC energy rating of 93 giving the scheme an A* grade.
